Scoot Hard DX/Project Absentia have female playable characters. DD1, even though it's not mentioned in the plot, the player character is intersex but identifies as female.

Hmm.....I may add this tho (Not sure of the developer of this mod), basically this mod's based off of the Girl's Frontline gacha game

I bookmarked this thread SPECIFFICALLY so I could download some of the mods, extract the female sounds (youse better not question it lmao) for use in my own mods... Giving credit of course... Why I hear you ask?... Reasons... That's why.

I have actually heard that some of these are pretty good so that also means I have a larger collection of mods to play as well.

Ey uhm, LossForWirds also made a doom gameplay mod too, and it's sorts like the cousin of Dr.Cosmobyte's survival horror themed mods like Factotum and Nightshift
