The story takes place in year 1650, when Ferdinand III. sents a naval officer William Wolf to England due to and important business. He gives him a ship and an assistent Klaus Werber. They get caught by storm on the way there, so they decide to anchor on nearby island. What they don't realise is, that the island is a part of empire named Pathoras, where 20 years before a tragedy took place, when miners found an entrance to the hell. Shortly after a 10 years long war started against "invaders from beneath". Citizens of Pathoras lost the war and the vampire family by the name Darkan started to rule in Pathoras. William finds an old mine on the shore of the island, but when he enters the cave, the entrance caves in. He must find out, what happened to the country and help the people, who still want to fight...

This demo was tested and it´s fully playable, but some bugs may occur - if you find something weird report it ASAP, so I can fix it. There are 14 maps (+ 2 secret) spread across 4 hubs and 7 weapons. When you get stuck do not panic, but instead try to explore the enviroment again - maybe you missed an item or a switch. Also don´t forget to visit the shop later in the demo. I´m not sure about another demo. Videos will be, but new demo probably not. Anyway enjoy the attached trailer.

BUGS: You can´t return to mine from Necropolis, so make your shopping before entering.

So, i played the demo, and i really love it. Also, when I tried to get back to stage before Necropolis, I got intermission and got thrown into Level 1 of No Rest for the Living. Also, it mostly goes for melee combat, can I know why?

I recognize that sprite from Pirate Doom.
Also, the mediafire links both seem to be broken.

1)Thanks for report. Melee offers a bit more strategy and atmosphere. This is not gonna be a super fast gory doom wad with 2000 enemies in one room. Instead this is more like an adventure combined with melee combat. I took some inspiration from Witchaven and Hexen.

Would you like offer from me to fix spelling errors, like nkeys or some sentences were weird like: ,,So make campfire meantime''. Also, you should deserve mapper award.

BTW this is actually a remake of my older mod for an indie survival game , which I never released, because the engine was awful and buggy as hell. But i still have the copy, so instead of deleting it and wasting 3 years I decided to remake it in a better engine.
