While I'm not a fan of the FNAF series at all I must still admit that I am very impressed by this.

Looks... the same...
Aren't you worried somebody is gonna complain about the usage of resources from the game?

Well, didn't updated the mod here 'cause i thought I wasn't ready yet and also thought it was forgotten. (even when most of the stuff works great)MrRumbleRoses wrote:hi. i'm new here as i just finally made an account. but i wanted to post on here to say i like how you're bringing FNAF 2 onto Doom. i have all 4 FNAF games, even FNAF World. i did a playthrough of the demo that was posted on ModDB. looking forward to seeing this finishedmaybe having all the nights added maybe? lol

Well, it'll have 3 nights (at least, that's the original intention).
One for practice (like the demo one). The last night which will be similar to night 5 and the customized night which will be close to night 6. (Can't customize each character individually, but it allows the night to be modified in certain ways, like selecting some ambient sounds, the phone call, or even adding some secret characters?)
The mod is temporary on Standby, since now I'm working on releasing Left 4 Doom and Counter-Strike Doom: Martian offensive before april. However i'll continue on this mod later, as soon as I can.
Didn't finished the mod on time, since some testers failed at me and it was like none of the testers cared so much. Plus at the time said, Scott released 2 more FNAF and the 2nd one became outdated. It took me like a year to release the demo (at least, the way I wanted it to be). I will finish this but it will take me more time than I expected. Probably some months, since the mod doesn't have the main priority anymore...
Time will tell...
And for those who haven't tried the mod yet...

Re: [WIP] Last night at Freddy's
well that's fine if there's not gonna be 5 nights or more. i'm cool with that, but i will say that i'm willing to help be a beta tester for ya for this mod. i've played FNAF 2 a lot as well as the others as well. and i do make quite a lot of videos on YouTube from games to even mods, including stuff like this for exampleAlphaEnt wrote:Well, didn't updated the mod here 'cause i thought I wasn't ready yet and also thought it was forgotten. I'd use the Fast Zombie scream from Half-Life 2 if that jumpscare sound scares the crap out of me. Nice mod. I'd look forward for more. Never played FNAF before, although it is like one of the Mega CD FMV games I guess.

I already have some alternate jumpscare sounds, that one isn't so bad at all... I'll think i'll add it.Oberron wrote:I'd use the Fast Zombie scream from Half-Life 2 if that jumpscare sound scares the crap out of me. Nice mod. I'd look forward for more.

perhaps the jumpscare from the FNAF 3 fan game. aka The The Return To Freddy's can be an alternate jumpscare soundAlphaEnt wrote:I already have some alternate jumpscare sounds, that one isn't so bad at all... I have the FNAF2, FNAF Jumpscare and 3 additional slots.MrRumbleRoses wrote:perhaps the jumpscare from the FNAF 3 fan game. aka The The Return To Freddy's can be an alternate jumpscare soundAlphaEnt wrote:I already have some alternate jumpscare sounds, that one isn't so bad at all... One will sound like the Fast zombie from HL2 (like someone said above), another will be a "fun" secret.
I'll think about the 5th one. If i don't found another alternate effect, then I think I'll use the FNAF4 sound, since FNAF3 effect weren't so scary to my taste.
I have some placeholders but CR7 and Sjas are quite outdated by now...

Re: [WIP] Last night at Freddy's
well. if you wanna go for scary sounds for jumpscares. i think the one from Five Nights At Freddy's: Fredbear would be up there. it can be quite loud
