The Grosse entrance/exit and the secret area entrance ramp are the only bits that I'd imagine need actual touching up for now. Once item boxes and near-final physics are in, we'll have a clearer idea of exactly what needs to be done to all the existing maps.

I try with latest Zdoom, the menu screen is not displaying properly, same problem as the other guy. Also I can't seem to go down slopes, or steps or anything, idk if that's supposed to happen?

I just tried that out and noticed that touching other racers (from side or if they're behind you) gives you a speed boost. Bug? Image

Also, slightly touching the barrels on Phobos Anomaly makes them slide as if they were on ice.

If you get to the end of the race after someone else already won, the "winner's been found" message appears twice

Also, "The crusher" needs a way out of the poison pit Nevermind, I presume some lakitu-like thing will be added?

I was using, though it turns out my .ini was the problem, after deleting I was able to go up slopes, down steps etc... though it still seems pretty unplayable. And the menu is still off :/

It's worth noting that nothing you see is currently finished, including physics. The general consensus on escaping from pits is to have teleporters, either pads or automatic, depending on the environment/circumstances.

As for the racer collisions, that's purely intentional. If someone bumps you up the rear in a racing game, you go faster.

The doom logo is to the right of the options. A similar image was already posted in this thread or another zkart thread.

Goober has set up the menu that way to give the mod its own look. The Doom II logo is purely a placeholder at the moment.

Right. Next version, I'm putting a disclaimer on the lobby map that I don't want to hear about "bugs" just yet :P

But they also bumped from the side and I got a speed boost (forward, not to side)

Feel free to go in to the ZDoom code base, change the bump code, and break compatibility with every other mod then ;) If the bump direction is decided to be anywhere in your forward direction, then you'll get a speed boost no matter what.

In other news.

Maintenance version. Not a whole not different. Hell Knight added. As well as that disclaimer. You have to click "I understand" to get past it. Don't be That Guy(TM) that doesn't.

I have a problem with the newest version - instead of being able to choose a kart, some dumb message shows up. Something about being gross and incomplete... Bug? Image
