So, quoting huge images and spamming smilies? That's just digging the hole of annoyance deeper, dude.DOOMGuy007 wrote:Similes pretty much describe what I want to say...

P.S. Download SlumpED, And open Doom2.WAD, Find the Sprites you want to replace, Open up a new wad, Create some lumps in it, Import the pictures of the Sprite you want to insert(But keep it the same size as the other sprites, First export the original Doom2 Sprites, Look at how tall Etc. They are, then make the sprite you want to replace it with the same) After yo'uve imported them, Give the Lumps the same name as the Doom2 Sprite you're replacing, And it should work.
(P.S. If you don't get it, I don't know how else i could explain it ^^".)

Discovering the inside of Xaser's mind would either result in the discovery of the orgin of life or complete insanity. One of the two.

*blows dust off thread* Wow, looks like I missed some shit going down in here.
At any rate, I'm starting to do sprites and resources again since my schoolyear is coming to a close, starting with this:

I noticed there aren't many normal (as in, non-fantasy) axe-sprites hanging about, so I figured I'd give it a go. Should be pretty useful for horror/survival stuff when I do the rest of the frames.
Credits:
Axe blade - Drew it myself, used the Powerslave machete as a pallete.
Handle - 3D Realms, I modified it out of the ROTT Excalibat.
PS. What should the image dimensions be in order to have it go off-screen in widescreen? Would help a lot with the swinging animation.
