Death Cult TC
Yes, after nearly 2 years in production, I've pretty much come to the conclusion I can't do much more to my cult TC unless I can colabarate with someone for maps, So ive decided to release the resource wad to anyone who wants it. if you all remember it last time round it contains all new monsters and weapons etc. So without further ado heres the link.
http://members.lycos.co.uk/ben2k9/cult.rar
ive added a few new things, most items and enemies replace regular ones but some stuff can only be spawned or put in a map via doom builder so here are a few spawn commands:
summon timefreezer (chronosphere)
summon doomsphere (quad damage)
summon instabishop (acolyte summoning cube)
summon lagomorpher (turns enemies into bunnies!)

Downloading right now but, just so you know, Lycos/Tripod doesn't like direct linking of files.

Re: Death Cult TC
"Save target as" doesn't work (at least with me, using Firefox); it only downloads a 12kb file...
So i had to be redirected to the main page and look for the file...

Re: Death Cult TC
Is 7,642,479 the correct file size? I get a crash in unrar.exe (from gnuwin32, v3.4.3.1877) trying to extract it
EDIT: I tried the inbuilt unrar in TechSono's NewzToolz and this is what it extracted:
Is there anything unusual about the RAR file, for example, does it use a recently-released version of the RAR format or anything like that?

EDIT: I tried the inbuilt unrar in TechSono's NewzToolz and this is what it extracted:
Code: Select all
01/05/2008 18:41 7,642,479 cult.rar
07/12/2007 19:17 13,389 Cult.txt
02/04/2008 18:56 17,517,931 Cult.wad

Hey, this is pretty good! I like the mix of conventional weapons with magic. There are a few things that could be improved, such as hand consistency (the LOSP hands look really out of place) and other small graphical edits, but I like it.

Re: Death Cult TC
no theres nothing wrong with the rar, but cheers anyway. And yeah the hands look a bit different but they were the only sprites suitable for his hands...your character isnt supposed to be wearing gloves.

Re: Death Cult TC
Anyone else having a problem with the berserk replacement? Every time I pick one up - using GZdoom, GZdoom SVN or Zdoom SVN (Zdoom official is fine) the game crashes.
