No problem. Presumably you got the image by exporting a graphic from Strife using a WAD tool of some sort? Whichever tool you used is almost certainly responsible for adding cyan to the palette. They often do that.Skunk wrote:I didn't change any colors though! That cyan was there when I was editing the image of the palette, I sure as hell didn't put it there. Thanks Enjay for doing a better version than me!

Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
You can use AFADoomer's mod instead. It's the closest thing you would EVER get to Wolfenstein 3D, engine-modernized.
Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
You haven't played AFADoomer's Wolf TC? Download link on this page

Caution, you will need to keep pinching yourself in order to remember that you aren't actually playing Wolf on a modern port.

Yep, that mod's existance was pretty much the deciding factor when I posted this, I probably wouldn't have bothered but I thought it just might somehow be useful...
Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
Wow! I wanna make maps for this!
EDIT: Correction: I wanna make Wolf3D maps and convert them using that tool to this.
EDIT 2: Holy crap! And with enemies from the Wolfendoom wads! And some other stuff. And edit the converted levels to add new effects!

Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
Do me us a favor and try to convert End of Destiny.
Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
I would except I dunno wtf I'm doing with these programs and I can't get any of them to work the way I want them to so I give up. >.>
Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
Why Spear: EoD, in particular? I would do Spear: Resurrection, first.
Re: [palettedump] Spidey's Palette Dump Tool
I was actually thinking of making a whole new thing. But if anyone can figure the tools out please! Convert some missions to ZDoom!
And remember if you do to pleeeeeeeeease fix the secret sectors in the levels as the converter's secret sector support is currently broken in the current version apparently and causes secret doors to not function right and cause hom.
