I saw that on a youtube video and I really like how it adds kills/items/secrets and power-up timers to the classic hud.
Couldn't find it by googling.

Also asked on Doomworld and the video uploader, but so far no answers.

That's almost what I'm looking for.

Reasons why I still want to the one in the picture is that in this NashBar:
-kills/items/secrets are shown as % instead of the actual amount.
-doesn't have power-up timers even though it shows which power-ups you have.
-and has HP bar for enemies which can't be turned off.
