I just Joined the Zdoom forums because doomworld wouldn't work and I wanted to share my first ever .wad, but how do i upload it? The file size is too big and I really want to share it.

You'll have to upload it to an external resource. Dropbox, Google Drive, ModDB, Github, and such. The storage on the forum server is very small and cannot be used to host projects. If it was, they would be simply deleted the next time the storage becomes full.
