I can suggest a "Combatant Warfare" (that is kinda fork of "DoomLess" or something like that), where most of enemies is humans.

Also mine "Delta Force Doom" has standalone enemy pack with only humans in it!

Kind of surprised no one posted this ( I'm just now coming across it myself to be honest :P ) but I think MMDoom: Might & Magic monster replacer should probably be added to the list. :D

Project Malice has a public github repo, no need to go into a discord server if all you want is to download it.

Kind of surprised this hasn't gotten its own topic on the forums here but there's also Biohazard: Undead Nightmare. (:

Yes, this one is awesome. They even update brand-new zombie sprites to make it more unique looking.

Guys, please change or add a link to the Latest Version of "Babel"! They changed everything there and it became more interesting to play with him. :geek:

This is a nice one that adds Succubus, Undead Mages, and other hellish fantasy beasts.

Should make you guys of aware of this impressive Touhou-themed monster wad from the lead dev behind Project Malice that add the fairies as enemies.

Most interesting is that it doesn't actually replace any monsters, but rather acts as a "supplement", meaning they'll spawn in with standard enemies and is compatible with other monster mods as well :P
