Flash settings not saving has always made me wonder what people were doing wrong.... until it started happening to me. Now I'm at a loss for why my games don't save their data at all anymore. Or specifically, they may actually be saving the data and Flash doesn't understand where the data's at, there's all sorts of reasons as to what's going on. What changed on my system? System updates is it. No new software or any changes to browser settings or anything. Happens in multiple browsers. I can track down issues of this since February of this year at Kongregate but it's not limited to them at all, it's ANY flash application saving data locally.

I MAY have tried my hand at font editing and MAY have introduced bitmap fonts to my game:
Spoiler:
Feedback on how readable it is would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: second pic in case the one above is hard to read (it might still be)

The text could be a bit tricky to read for some people in my perspective.

Anus Magulo and Parricide are two separate bands, I'm sure you'll be able to find them on MySpace, if you're curious :P The text isn't too clear about that yet - It's still WIP

I was just wondering what you guys think about it, it's a slight departure from my clean vector style I usually use for posters.

Looks cool but it does remind me of the animation that went with Pink Floyd's "The Wall". That may, or may not, be a good thing.

I just heard a car accident happen roughly half a mile from my house. I happened to have my window open and heard tires screeching and a BOOM, so I picked up my dad's radio scanner and lo and behold, within a few minutes, there were reports of an accident at the highway exit nearest to my house. Going outside I could see traffic slowing down and some ambulances stopped right on top of the overpass right up the street.

Crazy!

Just found out that Opus is god damn great.
Best part is found right here:
Opus is a totally open, royalty-free, highly versatile audio codec.
It would be great if support was added for it. Because honestly, it beats Vorbis to the ground (76kbps Vorbis, matching Opus bitrate). And Vorbis ought to beat MP3 (nothx, rly) already.

Though "space is no concern these days" counts, it'd still help reduce music bloat. (Funnily enough big opus files, like music, are still compressible. So that's cool too.)
Have some random examples.
If you wonder what I mean by "Fake44Khz", then all I did was just resample the original doom sound without interpolating anything. (Which bypasses the forced resampling.)

tl;dr - This is delicious and I'm sure you guys would love it.

Oh, and happy Derpsday PDF guy someone.
