When I "sneeze" I hold it in and the pressure goes back up-
16+ (I'm 21 now!) years of this hasn't really been kind to my sinuses... D;

Well as I don't open my mouth when "sneezing" this isn't an issue...I can just stop chewing- do what I do and no lost food!

What's nasty is when you sneeze AFTER a nosebleed, making it start up again.

just punched in the gut and ended up nosebleeding.....weird......

the last time I sneezed with a nosebleed was in front of my comp...... to say it was a messy clean up is an understatement

i've had many a experiences with nosebleeds. they're always horrible to deal with.

one time i woke up to my left nostril bleeding. while i panicked to my father to help me with it, in the bathroom, it got worse. after he had helped with the cleanup of the blood, i lied down in the tub to try and calm down.

then my right nostril bled.

i bled abundantly through both of my nostrils. i was sooooo panicking. after i got help with that, my father helped me with getting me to bed, and then i could finally calm down. thank god my father was home, or else i wouldn't know what i would do about it.

I think the last time I had a nosebleed was when I had smashed my nose on a horizontal metal pole.
