@Ro4dk1ll: Nice, but the textures don't quite fit eachother at all. Especially the flats you used for the tops of the crates. Other than that, this looks epic.

I've noticed. I really don't have a huge range of rock/wood textures because I'm always doing either deep city or tech/starship maps. There's also next to no lighting variation outside of the buildings so without that textures are just sort of blending together. It's going to take a while to fix, but for now I'm going to be focusing on geometry and a non-linear map layout with some vertical gameplay because that doesn't seem to be too common in Doom.

lol complexity for complexity's sake.
The town's slowly getting bigger. Right now pretty much every enemy can be sniped by the railgun marine on the stone house's balcony. That's intentional, though. I'll be adding a bunch of enemies in under cover areas and alleyways where he'll be able to help you get out of sticky situations if you draw them out into his line of sight..

More art stuff. Not maninals this time; I'm working on the "style" I use to draw people.

(you can sort of see why I resort to drawing manimals so much)

Fun (yet, actually pretty frustrating) stuff. If I get it right I might consider taking a shot at doing that art I heard Psychic needed. Probably not something intended as the titlepic if PDF's already called dibs on it, though. The "Britain" titlepic actually really strikes a chord with me right now and it'll be a shame to see that go, but Psyguy and Psygirl are pretty badass so any excuse to draw something Psychic themed is okay with me.

Character realism involves making teenagers dress like idiots, much like a real teenager would. I'll start making characters that aren't generic when people stop being generic :3:

Also I happen to be a moron teenager. Watcha gonn' do 'bout it?

I haven't watched any anime or read any manga at all for a very long time now, so I've got no idea who that is. This character's normally a lame ass man-bat, but right now he's apparently just a stylized carbon copy of myself, which is about the same in levels of lame-itude.

I've got no idea what makes Manga what it is, but the last time I checked it bears very few similarities to the style I try to achieve in my work. :?
I also don't see any reason to chew someone out over something like that. So you don't like it? Oh, boo-hoo, move on :) I always welcome constructive criticism, though.
