It's a start, but the "sleeve" (or whatever the end is called) is the trickiest part to get right. Which I kind of suck at:

I don't expect you to make anything grand though, that shit takes some serious time.
Generally though, you'd want to get some more shadows in there. What you currently have there is overall way too bright.
Though I wouldn't exactly call that a "Doomguy" hand though, the arm is far too thin - and the fingers aren't beefy enough.
(Nor for a glove, either. I can at least tell you that I have trouble making that "thick glove" look.)
