It's 1.5, from repository :)

That's a... rather outdated repository. I think 1.5 is quite old. You'll have to grab the 1.6 package from the sfml website.

I opened a pwad, opened the script to look at it, clicked on x to close the script, and this crash happened
Spoiler:
and Slade lost focus.

I don't have any of those directories shown in the crash report on my drive.

Yeah, there are a few problems with r934. At the moment I'd advise using an older one but that's the most recent version I can upload right now.

No, not yet. :p

I'm sure SFML will bother me but for the moment I have to get FluidSynth to work, which requires getting glib to work, which requires...

I didn't have any trouble with glib. Just install the gtk libs and it should work (and make sure to put the gtk bin directory in the PATH environment variable). That or I can send you precompiled (vs2005) fluidsynth 1.1.3 libs :P

SFML is simple too, just has a vs2005 sdk you can download from the website.

Well considering there haven't been any new svn builds recently, I've released 3.0.2 beta 1 over at http://slade.mancubus.net.

I'm not interested in a precompiled fluidsynth lib; I can compile it myself just fine. I'm interested in precompiled glib.lib and gthread.lib that will statically link so that they're in libfluidsynth.dll.

Ahh I see. Well that sucks. As far as I can tell there isn't a way to statically link the glib stuff. Well for now I've uploaded a zip with the required glib dlls.

Might not use fluidsynth in windows after all, needing 4 dlls for just midi support is a bit ridiculous.

Randy obviously managed to do so, so there must be a way.

It didn't before? Don't think I changed anything regarding midi in linux. Used fluidsynth before, still uses fluidsynth.
