MaxED, can you please implement properly closing file descriptors after reloading resources or saving the map?
Concurrent editing of same WAD in GZDB and SLADE is still a problem.
The symptoms are as follows: I open some map with GZDB, then try to save into the file with SLADE, it will say "access denied".
Then I wait for undefined amount of time (apparently until garbage collection iteration in Builder.exe), and the file gets unlocked... until next resource reload or map save D:
It happens to any resource files used in the current map, not just the own map file.
On my previous PC this didn't happen at all, most likely because it had 2.5 times less RAM and it was probably causing CLR to collect garbage more often. Not sure if CLR does that.

this and chain textures were a major PIA to set up.
