I come to two conclusions. Either carpet or that rubber flooring like.. thing. I really cannot explain it, I don't even know it's technical name for it, but it looks like

From what I gathered on Google, it's called "Rubber Flooring".. The texture, best I can explain, is, well, it's rubber. Like.. rubber that's been minced, thrown into a batch of glue, spread out into a fine sheet, remaining glue been drained out (leaving little 'holes', no more than a tac-nail) and then layed out on a floor. If you ever walked on one of these things, it's quite fun. For something like the UAC, I can see them using 'recycled tires' for their floors.
