Any utility that assists in the creation of mods, assets, etc, go here. For example: Ultimate Doom Builder, Slade, WadSmoosh, Oblige, etc.

Just yesterday I was directed to the github page with release version 1.0, and today, upon a new search, I found version 2.1, which indeed creates the new folder.
