@Bouncy - Maybe, but I'm not doing any add-ons until I'm done with the orginal game...

@Bashe -
1 - Fixed.
2 - Fixed.
3 - Fixed.
4 - Didn't fix... It's in between every step he takes... Do you think he's animating too fast?
5 - Fixed. Also added "syringe flying through the air" sound that was missing.

New version up - both mapset .zips.

Figures on not doing any until you're done. :)
Just posting in case. :)

edit; BUG!!
the dog in wolf3d uses 4 frames for attack, not 3. fourth one being its first moving frame.
looks quite glitchy as it is now because it's not using that fourth one.

This is hilarious! I put God mode on, and I ran around in E6M9. I got General Fettgesicht to stay in front of an officer, and the officer killed him! It didn't seem to take too many shots either, definitely fewer than ten.

Also, the general was awoken by my gun fire before he saw me, and he moved a little faster than I remember.

Wow, this Wolf3d mod is just getting better! All the non-boss enemies (besides the dog issue Bouncy raised) are perfect. It's just a matter of getting the bosses down. New reports:
1. about Hitler's robot: it's animated too fast. The sound of the walking should be about the speed of Doom's pistol when you just hold down fire, and it should only make the noise when he steps, so you'd have to speed up the frames between the steps
2. okay, you seem to have to basic fundementals of what I mean about having a shot for each different flash of a boss' chaingun, you just did it foo fast this time. Hitler only shoots 5 shots in both forms, so only have his alternating flames repeat 5 times but put four fics for each shot. Do the same for Gretel, but she shoots 6 shots. You got Fatface down just fine, so leave him
3. Otto isn't moving quite as smooth as everyone else now
4. maybe Fatface is a bit fast...try slowing him down one or two units
5. after playing through E3 a little bit, it seems the officers are too powerful for me. I don't remember them being that bad in the original
6. I turned off OpenGL rendering and for some reason the red screen when you die takes up the whole screen instead of just the view
7. slow down Hans and Gretel's death frames a little bit

Once you fix those, the other issues that can't be dealt with like friction on the player and a constant use effect and the guns being not fully displayed on the status bar will be the only issues which, of course, can't be fixed so it turn it will just be perfect! You're getting polyobj secret doors to work, aren't you? And what about the colored ceilings for different maps? Once you get THOSE then this might as well be complete. Keep up the good work.

Well he keeps ignoring that sound and just gets on with the walking.

He said it for me, but opened fire off the mark too. That's the only boss I've had to cheat for thus far (Schtabbs and that bloke with the rocket launcher were easy, and Hans Grosse wasn't too hard)

Oh, and the mutants don't seem to fire on the right frames. It seems they fire AFTER the flash instead of on it. Also, Otto's missiles seem a bit slow, and when they hit the player, they're supposed to just disappear and not blow up. Dr. Schabb's syringes seem to go a bit too fast as well and not damage enough. I remember the taking half my life.

That would be important, huh?

EST... or EDT whatever it is we're in now... Eastern Time, US.

All others, I'll address these bugs this weekend.
