If it's not ZDoom, it goes here.

That might be kinda neat actually. Maybe if the game gets a lot of followers (which I doubt it will).
Don't forget the Strife and Chex Quest too. They're all satan-free.
Oh I'm already screwing around with a Chex Quest expansion. Heheh.

Reworking in the model of the Tamers, this made me got rid of many aspects of the ripped model which i didn't like, such as the wider hip, tail and that skull between chest and throat, the head still needs a bit more work but overall this is it.

I figure someone might like this. It required a few hoops to be jumped through, so I understand why not many other mods do something like this. This user setting is clinically underutilized though, so it can't hurt to take a few extra steps.

Next Up: Backporting to MetaDoom! And then $playersound-ing all the sounds I haven't done that to so that they can be replaced by the option. And then inventing a whole second set of sounds out of thin air. Boy, I'm not looking forward to that.

That is some new and changing feature. Now what we need is female sprite of the player! Hope it's easy for ya.

It's pretty old tbh, it was added like 3 years ago, i used that feature in HM's Hud from Version 2.6 to 2.8.

That's Quake 2, not Doom. :P
I could probably write a shader to make the glow not cut off but, effort.

Oh then that's why he asked about, by the room you took the picture the lighting still seems very Doom.

Well meanwhile i resumed the progress on this:

Dayum Zanieon, I love what you do with light/dark, sweeping walls and expansive rooms/spaces. You have a very impressive mapping style and it's quite unlike what most people do with Doom.

Thanks for the kind words Enjay, afterall Doom always have been set in the future, also thanks Method Studios for the VFX of Tron Legacy, it always have been my main inspiration for this mapping style.

The second screenshot in particular is dead sexy IMO. That's at least 15 years ahead of Doom's look.

I approve those textures and lights. They're so 3D-dynamic! :D
