Spoiler:Should rescale it and rework the colors and shading as well as the awful edges since it was a low poly model, but if it's of use to anyone, feel free to grab it and do whatever you like.

This is kind of old and was laying around, but I never quite worked on it 'cause my attention shifted to other stuff and I forgot about this.

maybe its not my work, but when i compare these sprites, its so damn simular of what i have....
Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
I prefer to do them centered, angled reminds me of CS and i suck at aiming angled weapons. I think the only games that passes through the angled test are the two first Medal of Honor for PSX.
Talking about WWII, if anybody wondered whats new on the latest Lowtech Remake update, but didn't wanted to download the game, here's one of the reasons why you need to see it:

I tried to emulate the same Ceejay's panzerfaust style. I got a Panzerfaust 100 image from Wikipedia, shrunk it, recolored it yellow, to match the pickups, and rotated Duke Nukem 3D hands that i thought being the same, the result is not bad, to be honest. It's a incredible feeling when the sprite set is all yours and runs good in game.
The full set of sprites can be seen on Lowtech remake and can be used for free, all i ask is my name on the credits

Jeez that's funny but it might actually be useful, could you possibly finish a sheet of that?

Now pinkies are welcome for the jean contest.Skelegant wrote:Pinky wearin' pants
Whoa, and i thought it was some kind of recolored and clean version of ceejay's panzerfaust! But i was wrong. Excellent work!GAA1992 wrote:I tried to emulate the same Ceejay's panzerfaust style. Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
well, the game itself it's a big bad programmed clusterfuck, but i admit that at the time i've played it i kind of appreciated the game.BFG wrote:great work! love that cheesie game.MetallicaSepultura wrote:It's been a long time since i posted something related to Angst Rahz Revenge, aniway here's a new enemy, the BioLizard!
was it the hard-rock epic music? or the fact that it looked like one of those fake-games you see in 90's movies? i don't know.
aniway, that's also what inspired me to try making a remake.
Also, the game itself has an interesting story, too bad it's never heard in the game, just readable in the original (archived) site

I did rotations of the first two frames and decided it wasn't worth it lolCarbine Dioxide wrote:Jeez that's funny but it might actually be useful, could you possibly finish a sheet of that?
Here's another trousered demon

If anyone's making a doom movie mod for some reason, this'd make a good mutant marine.

Haha, really loving this. And what's next, baron in trousers?
Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
The demon one looks mostly comical but the imp one works pretty well. In the walking frames his body does seem a bit long for his legs though.

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
The body might need to be moved down a little, I didn't want to make it too short though
I'll do a baron if I can find legs big enough lol

Speaking of big legs, have a beefy chaingun lady
(made using mike12's old baroness sprites)
