And now he's covered in TONS of shards, which it's awkward. I think you should leave them much less.

reminds me of barrel throwing in Brutal Doom, you could make it as a graphic enhancement :)

I have the source file (which is much higher resolution) set up for that, I just don't want to go through the motions with it until I can get everything else right.

Eh, the shading makes it feel like it's wrapped in plastic wrap. Also its form seems far less defined
