If you checked page 2 you would see that Wolfman had posted a mediafire link that is still good.

Although, I don't know if it is the most up to date version, seeing as how 3 posts after his, theres an expired file front link to an update.

Guess Wolfman's link is the closest you are going to be able to get unless someone has the updated version they would like to share.

TA:PE v2.19 was the last version, which is what I posted.
