Ok,but i just want to point out that if he decide to make the change it will slow down the progress on the project since he as to completely re-design every characters,enemies,animations and menus using his arts.
He's already busy adding more contents like secret weapons,bosses and other stuffs.
We should at least wait till Skelegant finish up his original version of Swanky Moppets before even thinking of making a ''Cleaner'' version of it.
Like that peoples will be able to play both the original vision and the less provocative version.

Actually, real-life Olive said she'd prefer it if the characters didn't have stick arms and legs, so I'm not just changing the style out of fear of critisicm 
And although there's certain areas I'm not changing (because they're there for multiple, perfectly good reasons) I'm happy to try and change some things to help people enjoy the game more (or at least dislike it less lol)

so stick with ur original idea, there will be littles here and there but is part of the project

I actually quite like that. Carries some of the feel of the old sprites, while doing more of what it seems you want to do.
(also, I swear I cannot unsee the demon replacement in the current version as a stick figure version of toujou nozomi. goddamned brain)

So far I've done Green-Haired Hottie and Rocky, and I'm starting on Tookus Lady

I probably won't release any new updates until I've finished all the characters (and hopefully given some of the weapons a little more character)

TBH that was one of the reasons I never considered this a "real" mod (or at least a game in its own right) as I had a feeling people might take the art style the wrong way. I'll be a lot happier with it once the updates are done lol

Anyway the mod itself doesn't need to be changed at all, like everyone is saying, but this improvement is really better and going to be less controversial!

UPDATE ON UPDATES:
Rather than reskinning the existing wad, I decided to make a new one with a smaller, more comfortable array of weapons, and better coding.
Plus better character sprites (hopefully these ones won't be taken the wrong way
)

Looking very good! But i'll be honest, i liked simple effects without blurry-brightless better. Because it was really fitting to the art style of this mod have.
But i won't stop you tho! It looks pretty new and nice nonetheless.

The glowy energy stuff is all sprite-based, so it'll be easy enough to swap it out later if pixelly works better
If I can figure out how to do it, I should add an option to switch between both styles.
