Redundant posting incoming. Tried to make some bolt movement frames.

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!

In case anyone was wondering what I was up to. I'm not entirely sure about the placement of the grip,though...
Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Needs shading, I could help you on that

Of course it needs shading, but not until he knows where he wants it.

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Well, that's an improvement over your earlier sprites
although I think shotgun muzzle flash doesn't look quite like that.

It's like he's firing into the sky, but at least you got the shell casing right this time.
Might need some help on the pickup sprite, as it isn't the color and shade as the HUD sprite, and it doesn't have the right mag.

Found a neutral standing marine sprite and did a double-res edit. Just a test. I don't know exactly who put together the original.

I see your Brownstone Rifle and raise you one further-in-progress Browning Automatic Carbine, Type 2:Carbine Dioxide wrote:It's like he's firing into the sky, but at least you got the shell casing right this time.

Nah, it might resemble Rail Gunner's STAR 48, but It has different sights, and I might make it look a lot different. Rail Gunner also already made STAR 48 HUD sprites.skyrish10 wrote:STAR-48?Carbine Dioxide wrote:I made this out of boredom, but I actually might use this. Credits to Captain J.

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
To be honest, I've considered using your set to restart the STAR-48 (unlike the minMG42 and microBAR/BAC-T2, it has no polished sprites).
Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Did it by hand, too.TheRailgunner wrote:I see your Brownstone Rifle and raise you one further-in-progress Browning Automatic Carbine, Type 2:Carbine Dioxide wrote:It's like he's firing into the sky, but at least you got the shell casing right this time.

Dun be so cocky about my sprite, through. Even his BAR is smaller than mine, but at least it has better lights and shades. Not more like fresh from the fuzzy n' blurry jpeg screenshots.Carbine Dioxide wrote:I just realized how small Rail Gunner's BARs are compared to Captain J's. So cute!
Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Well, I love the metal slug series' spritework, so I've tried to learn something from its style.Captain J wrote:w00t, i see some metal slug referenced sprites!
PS: Nice BARs, people.
