my top 3:
- Blade Runner
- Amici Miei (1975 release) ( maybe if you search you could find some subtitles in english, but the most part of the movie it's untranslatable)
- Back to the future trilogy

The good movies that I think everyone should have watched, well everyone already watched them so I can die happy.
Don't tell me you haven't seen all these movies:
Star Wars 123456
Matrix
Lord of the Rings
Gone with the Wind
Top Gun (I really think it's a masterpiece, although not for the same reasons as a lot of other masterpieces)

I also like the following, but not to the point of calling them masterpieces :
The Longest Day (yeah I know, but I like this movie)
Independence Day (YES I know... but I like it, can't be helped. US President shooting missiles at aliens saucers in a F-18, when you're a child you can not NOT be impressed. No I'm not even American)

Watched this one a few weeks ago and loved it! You don't need to be a metalhead to enjoy it, but it helps.

Also this movie now has a Series with the same name.

And it is fun to see how CGI has evolved along the vast gap between the movie and the series, the CGI of the Series is better than the movie, lol.
