All that's needed is to replace the example (colour inverted) file in the /textures subdir with a filtered copy of the LUT linked above and (fingers crossed) it will run.

Looks pretty sick!
Spoiler: Screenshots
Normal (DarkDoomZ, Oppressive + Compress mode)
With tonemap:
Bonus, with flashlight! ("Cheap Halogen" setting, on Fancy quality)

Link to Pixel Eater's .pk3 with the LUT I used. In this case I was testing with DarkDoomZ using the "Oppressive" preset and the "Compress" light mode. note it WILL NOT WORK IF THE SECTOR LIGHT LEVELS GET CLIPPED TO BLACK!

Looks even cooler with SBrightmaps and bloom / tonemaps enabled! Try them all, but I like "Linear" for eye-searing realism and "Uncharted 2" for aesthetics. "Palette" looks cool too.

Although it's making me think perhaps the green is slightly too saturated and/or bright. The whole LUT could probably be dialed back to like 75% saturation and I could drop off a couple of the brightening steps.

That's very convincing. Now only noise needs to be added to make it perfect.
