I am impressed with what you have to offer so far, though I'm a bit concerned that your akimbo pistols effect doesn't seem to work properly, for two reasons:
1. In GZDoom, the right-hand pistol never shows up. It appears to be obscured behind something.
2. Both pistols appear to be wielded with both hands. This greatly implies that your character has four hands.

Clarity nitpick: If the .zip file is meant to be loaded directly into zdoom, please rename it to .pk3. Though the handling is identical, the average user is used to automatically extracting contents from a .zip, leading to some frustration if one chooses to "open" the file instead of choosing "save" (like I often do).

Thanks for the reply WW, and thanks for the model ripping tutorial, it pointed me towards Jed's HL model viewer and FPSBananna, and clued me in to the quality resizing.I am impressed with what you have to offer so far, though I'm a bit concerned that your akimbo pistols effect doesn't seem to work properly, for two reasons:

The akimbo pistols are kind of a proof of concept, I want to find a correct one-handed pistol model, or just stick to a single pistol in this mod.
And in GZDoom, I dont think two PNGs with alpha channels can be layered on one another with the TEXTURES lump, bug or limitation...

I like what you have so far, but that shotgun seems really weak. At least the frames for it are really smooth.

why don't you try to make RL sprites bigger??
Looks like the shotgun is bigger than it, and the hands are excessively small than the ones with the pistols.

And a tommy gun replaces the chaingun now. Edit, ChainGUN, not saw
WOLVERINE CLAWS: Hold trigger for a triple slash that increases in damage. Powered up when you get the berserk pack, a bit too powerful. Textures lump makes you left and right handed.
Tommy Gun : Rapid fire, tap the trigger for an accurate 3 round burst, hold for less accuracy. Needs gunflash sprites.
ZIP FILE IS 5.9 MB, load the Zip directly into ZDoom.

EDIT: And in this version, the shotgun is now a bit more powerful with a bit of a vertical spread. The pistol gets less accurate when you hold the trigger, and the dual pistols are gone.

The pistol and tommy gun now are scaled in the TEXTURES lump, scaled down from 320X240 sprites, so they look correct on 320x240 mode, and they have a bit more detail.
And the Wolverine Claws now have the chainsaw pickup sprite, so you can actually see where to pick them up now.

Find a good super shotgun
Make pickup sprites for all guns
