Updated, mostly bug fixes and graphic tweaks:
3.02
-Fixed Evil Eye decoration using incorrect sprite with the "No item & Deco" version
-Fixed errors with launching "No item & Deco" in newer versions of GZDoom
-Replaced NashGore wall blood smear decal to Bolognese
-Edited my wall blood decals to improve style blend between Bolognese and NashGore

3.01
-Fixed No Weapon variation having start up issues and missing file warnings
-Added KVELLER's Smooth Doom brightmap edits
-Fixed multiple brightmaps not working
-Fixed miss alignments for barrels
-Blended blood pools between Bolognese and Nash

This works with drla monsters? Also do i need all three files if I want the one with no monster or weapon changes.

It will, but monsters will bleed red, even if the other mod has set the monster to not bleed or bleed a different color. It is recommend to use all three files but it shouldn't cause any issues if you don't.
