I can't make them smaller. If I did you'd get stuck in walls or sometimes not teleport at all. This is another one of those unfixable unchangable fixes of the doom world.

I couldn't quite fix the first one but it doesn't matter too much anyway.

The colomn one I don't know why is happening, but is most likely a rendering issue so screw that.

The last one isn't a bug.

Could you expand on the "trap" one?

The cube gets crushed into blood as a joke, because everyone says the companion cube is somehow "cute", so I wanted to give it a nice gory death. Also could you please stop posting spoilers for the easter eggs? Talking about them is fine but there's no need to show everyone because they'll not bother to look for them themselves :(

Maybe this was just a fluke, but I was just playing through the v2 portal after starting over again, and the Ghoul easter egg didn't work for me. (I don't remember what that face guy is called -- I'm talking about the secret with the heath pot within the maze right before you reach the sticky portal gun.) The wall texture didn't light up like it did when I found that in v1.

It never lit up in the old one. It just makes a sound when you touch it.

Eh, I must have moved right up to the wall when it made the noise then, so it looked brighter for a second. This playthrough I knew what to expect so I went slower.
