Have you ever thought "Man, I sure do enjoy having all of these pickups by my side!" If so, this mod is NOT FOR YOU!
This mod does not remove any of the pickups from the game. In fact, you can still pick them up like in vanilla.
Instead, it simply makes them do absolutely nothing when you pick them up, rendering them useless.
Take this Health Bonus for example. Normally, when you pick it up, you'd get yourself 1 health, right? Not anymore!
Now when you pick it up, you get this!
(Note the lack of change in the health.)

With this newest update, you now have full control over how every pickup behaves in-game!
As seen in the above image, you now have the choice to make ANY item either Useless, Useful, or Nothing!
The Useless setting is the good ol' items you've learned to love, the Useful setting spawns the vanilla items, and Nothing removes that item from the game.
