Added a rip of Duke Nukem 3D's sounds, all of them resampled to 44100hz.
The reason for this is because a lot of people don't seem to realize that duke's sounds all have an extremely low samplereate, and so when they get used elsewhere they get interpolated and sound super shitty.
So I ripped all of the sounds, converted them to WAV, and resampled them all to 44100hz without any interpolation or dithering.
