Some comments:
1. Don't commit yourself to a full 32 maps. Better a few excellent maps than 32 mediocre ones. You WILL, at some stage, run out of ideas and enthusiasm. You may get it back, you may not. The fewer maps you commit yourself to, the the better you'll feel in the bad patches.
2. If the player starts off with all 10 attacks, try starting with a reduced effectiveness for each, that increases as the levels progress. If you want to encourage players to explore maps, make the amount that the attacks improve dependant upon finding x number of secrets, for example.
3. I like the detailing of to the side of the second map. I think that you really need some colour variation in the first, however.
4. Make your screenshots smaller, please, so that they don't force users to scroll the page to the right.

1 I wouldnt be doing this whole thing alone, theres gonna be a bunch of people working on maps
2 Attacks arent 100% decided so that may happen, but hopefully between the story and gameplay people will wanna continue, although it will have only attacks no matter what.
3 That area is just a small part of the map, it wont end up being just red red red

I don't see anything wrong with the "red" screenshot. It looks good enough. In fact it looks like the entire room is filled with blood vapor.... If that's what you were going for then you've pretty much accomplished it, and all you need to add is some blood and gore sprites and effects, and some red particles....

(cus I liked the consept of that wad, not the wad tho)
