Projects that alter game functions but do not include new maps belong here.
Forum rules
The Projects forums are only for projects. If you are asking questions about a project, either find that project's thread, or start a thread in the General section instead.

Got a cool project idea but nothing else? Put it in the project ideas thread instead!

definitely The Talosian Incident, A.L.T., and Equinox for me.

also, i haven't tested 1.2 yet, but i found a inconsistency with the Maser. as well as chewing down the framerate to a staggering pace when fired over a medium-sized landscape, if i choose the least resource-intensive version of the beam, it actually does less damage than the fancier looking ones. i'm also not really seeing any difference between the medium and high selection of the beam either, in terms of how advanced the beam looks like. i'm on a fairly decent system, so the beam being this resource-intensive even for me is a bit jarring.

The normal one does 5 damage, the simple one does 5 damage. I don't see how there can be an inconsistency.

Unless you were for some reason still playing 1.0.

Speed of Doom, Scythe, and (not on the list) Going Down.

Only have tried the Plutonia ones so far, but they're working wonders so far. Especially the Plutonia revolver, it's ridiculously satisfying to use, as in it was the only weapon I used for the first few levels. Though Ghost Town finally got me to use other weapons. :P

Community Chest, Speed of Doom, and Hell Revealed.

Community Chest because I feel like giving people more reason to pay attention to projects like that is a good thing, Speed of Doom because it's a favorite set of mine with the difficulty and level design to produce an interesting weapon set, and Hell Revealed because it's one of the most commonly-played coop megawads I've seen.

That's four, you can only choose three sets.

JPCP already has a custom weapon mod you guys it's called DemonSteele the joke is that neither of the playable characters are japanese
I like the sound of a ridiculous weapon set for Going Down.
Aaaand Memento Mori. I guess. IDK I couldn't decide on a third so I just went with the one I played most recently.

Also, if you do one for Scythe, there better actually be a scythe weapo- {HOLD IT!}
