Any chance of a new version in the near future?

I've been a bit busy lately, so an update likely won't be happening for awhile.

The latest dev builds do not work with this mod. Please download the following: http://www.mediafire.com/download/wb2va ... ha+7r2.pk3

VERY nice. I noticed a big Metal Gear influence. The way the health bar looks, the healing and menu sounds, the patriot gun, etc.

Any plans to add in a FAMAS, or even genome soldier looking enemies?

I wouldn't mind seeing this mod worked on again, but please understand that you've just bumped a three-year-old thread.

Whoops, so sorry about that. :( I saw "October 7th" and didn't realize it said 2013. Was so excited when I saw gameplay I didn't pay much attention to the date.

I apologize for re-bumping this thread, but the perk system won't work with latest versions of LZDoom and GZDoom. I couldn't register the crashlog, but it pretty sure is related to the ACS, as the "perk weapon" has simple commands and relies on ACS to work.

I wasn't about to resurrect it, but Se7eNytes has logged recently, so he might consider taking a look at the issue.

Users should use versions prior to 3.5 to fully play it. If mods want they can freely move this post to "useless bumps".

I'd consider this a useful bump, personally. Hopefully it can be fixed.

This is luckily the exact same thing that I had been helping people fix. It's literally just changing a 0 to a 1 here. I'll get in touch with Se7eNytes if I can to either upload a fixed version or get permission to do so myself. Thanks for bringing this one to my attention.

For the time being, if anyone would like to fix it on their own side, in the crossfire pk3, go to Actors/weapons/perkgun.txt, and in the Deselect state, change...
"TNT1 A 0 A_TakeInventory("PerkMenu", 1)" to "TNT1 A 1 A_TakeInventory("PerkMenu", 1)"

Simple and easy fix.

I bloody love you. I've been wanting to replay this wad so badly but that crash was stopping me from doing so. Thank you very much!

Maybe the Author is absent for so long, that doesn't mean we cannot improve the mod in any way. Thanks for the help, Somagu!
