I assume you also did not need a forum to figure out how to use -file. Not everyone is the same.

Feh, I think Doom and .:Doom:. are the same person. I can't tell you anything beyond what they have already said. Just type in as follows:

zdoom -file WADNAME

i actually i found out how to make it work all i needed was the doom2.exe
to run the simpsons doom. (And there is nothing X-rated about it its pretty cool but the graphics are very very bad.)
