Update 6/12/19: Newer 3D LUTs[/url]

Preview graphics in Doom colors with an adjustment layer.

To use these in Photoshop: Create a Color Lookup adjustment layer and load one of the files, it doesn't matter which. They're both the same just different formats for other programs to use them.

Now, it's not going to be exactly what it'll look like when actually paletted due to interpolation in the 3DLUTs (otherwise they're virtually unusable ~500MB files judging by previous attempts) but it'll be close and give you good idea of what something will look like when paletted, especially the colors.

I did another one, closer to photoshop's conversion (I won't say better) : with this original one posted here (it has been very helpfull), some colors were still changing a bit when loading the doom palette.
With the ones (.CUBE or .3DL) in this folder I have no changes at all : it's now possible to work on .psd in High Color, use any photoshop tool, and just batch convert it to doom's palette.
