Project brutality doesnt work (NOT BRUTAL DOOM)

so whenever i start PB on GZdoom or Zdoom, i get this message:
OS: Windows NT (NT 6.2) Build 9200

M_LoadDefaults: Load system defaults.

Execution could not continue.

Script error, "GAMEINFO" line 3:
Expected identifier but got 'true' instead.

whenever i try on zandronum, i get:
Execution could not continue.

Script error, "Project_Brutality_Final.pk3:melee.txt" line 2211:
"projectilekickback" is an unknown actor property

this is odd because it used to work in zdoom perfectly fine.
and yes, i have "ZDOOM - (user name)"

Not that I expect this to be anything but a "[Not ZDoom]", but what specific versions of both ports are you running?

Line 3 in GAMEINFO is "NoRandomPlayerClass", which was added in 2013! Which suggests that you are running some ancient version of ZDoom here...

i downloaded zdoom in 2014
it hasnt been updated since i was actually cool
and if it is ancient, gimme the link to the latest one

Go to the settings of the mod and pick a spawn mode for the enemies, It should be there.

He's reporting that it crashes because his GZDoom is too old. Enemies are never once brought up. And I feel like, since the issue's been solved, that this thread ought to be closed.
