There's an erroneous quote at line 2603 in the LANGUAGE lump ("Render quality""). Sorry!

(That's the only mistake; I actually tested after removing that quote and the game starts correctly)

I didn't submit a pull request because it's almost 3 AM here and I'm super tired, I tried to make a new branch but TortoiseGit/GitHub is giving me weird "cannot merge" errors and I'm too tired to figure out... it's just one character you can delete youself lol
