I haven't updated my GZDoom, but I found a bug when I was modding the SBARINFO for Guncaster.
I had changed the inventory.maxamount for Dosh to 999999 in my version, and set the drawnumber for all dosh counts to 6. It worked for a while, but one day, when I went to go modding again, I found the Dosh counter didn't go beyond 99999. Checking the shop and my modified inventory code, the max amount was still 999999, and the drawnumber for the dosh counters in SBARINFO was still 6.
To see if there was something wrong with the dosh, I changed the drawnumber for all of the size 11 ammo counters (as in the ones in the upper left corner of the screen) and summoned forth as many backpacks as I could muster (Doom Arena can do that quite fast) to see if the ammo counters would go beyond 5 digits. Those also stopped at 9999.
Is this a problem with Guncaster, or with GZDoom?
EDIT: Pay no heed to this. A long time ago, I had copied and pasted some other SBARINFO from another version of Guncaster which I forgot to delete. Soooo... yeah... fixed.

mini-bfg and on demand airstrikes
100% more dragons
rapid-fire autocannon (does it still shoot dynamite?)
autocannon turret summoning spell
some new items and pickups
With all these new death effects, I might not be able to make compatibility with my monster mod (unless it's just changing colors and stuff). Whatever comes, I guess.
I have mixed feelings about that new Tiberium Death. On the one hand, it just looks plain weird and anti-climactic. On the other, however, knowing about the effects of Tiberium in the context of Command And Conquer, it makes total sense, and I'm glad that it's finally being represented here.
So, what's left to do here? It looks complete... unless you still need to draw sprite frames for weapons while wielding the B.A.D.A.S.S. Bishop Powersuit (if that's the case, I really believe one shouldn't wield weapons with the powersuit on. Realistically speaking, it looks clunky enough already, and wielding weapons on top of a weapon-loaded powersuit would only slow him down. Gameplay-wise, it'd probably be a great balance... just like in DemonSteele).
I have an idea for this next version of Guncaster.......... Alternate Spell modes. I've done this with my copy, and it's BEAUTIFUL.
Spoiler: Read on, if you dare!
Originally meant to be toggled by the Stratocaster button with fist selected, you can lower your weapon, then crack your knuckles and enable/disable this alternate spell mode, and then switch back to whatever weapon you had prior.
With my limited experience in DECORATE and nil experience in spritework, this is what I've done so far...
- Brought the old Corpseblast behavior back as Corpseblast's alternate mode
- Brought back the old Threadcutter behavior as Threadcutter's primary mode, and moved its more recent behavior to the alternate mode
- Snatched Russian Overkill's Vindicator Sanctuary and put it as Annihilation's alt-mode.
- Made the tomed behavior of Thunderstruck into Thunderstruck's alt-mode. Standard version of both modes do the single thunderbolt, while the tomed version of both modes launch the more powerful lightning.
- Made the tomed behavior of Frostbite into Frostbite's alt-mode. Tomed versions of both modes last longer and deal more damage.
- Made the tomed behavior of Gumpop into Gumpop's alt-mode, and nerfed it. Tomed version of Gumpop's primary mode launches the same Gumpop Projectile, but it has a longer explosion radius also summons forth an acid rain (snatched from Russian Overkill, though not the Gumpod part). Tomed alt-mode is Gumpop's original, non-nerfed, tomed behavior.
- Made it so that Skypunch simply blasts monsters/projectiles away in its primary mode, and made its original behavior into its alternate mode. Tomed versions work exactly the same, with the extra skypunch spanners.
- Nabbed the Falcon Punch and its effects straight from Russian Overkill (SEVERELY nerfed) and made it into the Meteorfist's alternate mode... shamelessly redubbed into the "Phoenix Punch" (original, right? *snickers*). Takes a LOT of mana to launch. Also made it so that if Midas Mode is engaged, the Meteorfist Impact deals "SuperMidasCloseCombat" damage.
Aw man, that Wyvern stole my idea now... I was thinking of something which would summon forth pet fire gargoyles or impish afrits.
If I saw it correctly, does that Wyvern actually launch spells for you?!

I was thinking the exact same thing! Now that you've said it too, I'm SO GONNA DRAW THAT.

It does not, but something else tosses dynamite far better now (Although losing the dynamite cannon still made me a little sad.)

You, sir, do not have enough Fallout 4 in your life.
For LEONARDO that won an oscar and my coment for a post on 9gag that gained more than 500 points now we have mechas this is getting insane
Aldo i had a weird idea wich is simply an item called "How to give 0 fucks for dragons" it makes you invincible but you cant use weapons or speels, you can pretend to be kenshiro with explosive fists The only downside You do 100 Damage each punch
Then again is still an idea
Edit: Wait What about 2.7 we had 2.6 2.6.1 (Or "2 POINTY 6" for some bugs fixing) and now were jumping to the 2.8 did i lost something?
necroedit: My god this comment feels embaracing.

OK the music when you activate the alternate AZUM EXTREEM Sphere is really sick, and I wonder where it's from. For an odd reason, it goes well with reading the giant rant/credits list you have in the first post.
EDIT: In the rant, when you say
No, seriously, if I'll find you using even a little bit of any weapon, especially the revolver or the super quadshotgun, I swear on me mum that I'll (something salty)
Does that include effects, smoke, or SFX of the weapon like the projectiles? And even if we give proper credits of the effects, would you still go full metal jacket on us for using your stuff? Just curious.
