I know that this thread might be deleted or locked, but I just wanna know if there's a way to stop the neck pain.
Basically it's supposed to last for 4-7 days, but I cannot wait that long just for the pain to stop.

I'm no medical professional but perhaps you slept on your neck at a real funky angle? It's one of those things where depending on how you shift around in your sleep it can be negligible to this shit is crushing my soul...either way, if it's as severe as you claim, I'd just go straight to a chiropractor like Gez said. The sooner the better.

You need to (re)install you system critical drivers, especially when upgrading to a later OS.

Now that you mention it my laptop IS going really slow to where it's at the point where I can't even load anything without it crashing.
