Doom RPG (ECWolf Conversion)

Hello i wanted to show off my upcoming conversion of the not so well known Doom RPG and recreating the whole game in the wolfenstein engine. I'm currently working on the sprites for the mod such as putting the Doom RPG character rips into .bmp format so it can be suitable for replacing the wolfenstein character and object sprites. Here's some current progress so far. The map had to be cut down a little bit due to wolfenstein's small map system.

P.S if the sprites look pretty crude i'm working on that :wink:

Well i've been working on the project a little bit by adding enemies and such. Here's the progress of it so far.

This is pretty interesting. Do you plan on implementing the RPG elements?(EXP and Stats system)
I don't know how flexible ECWolf's ACS is, but I think a simplistic RPG system like Doom RPG's could be made with Decorate only.

Because both the Doom RPG engine and the Wolfenstein one are both primitive as well as them being oddly alike minus the fact Doom RPG's engine uses well "RPG" aspects which wasn't in the original Wolfenstein 3-D and like i said in the first post this is not what the final mod is going to look like it's just a rough draft basically.

I'm not really a troll but.... I was shocked at first that this was being remade or atleast conceptualized in ecwolf at first but if you do manage to complete this it would be cool to see a dungeon crawler-ish game on a modern engine. I played these ID rpg's back in the day and all three are awesome.

I'm sorry if i came off as rude at first but anyways i'm glad you're supportive of this project and your suggestions gave me a few ideas for the mod. Also i never thought of you as a troll i just mostly didn't get the post at first that's all. I'm currently working on a wolfendoom wad along with this but anyways thank you for supporting the project dude. :)
