The only wrong part is that they isn't 99% of Imperial Forces, the old trilogy just shows only those because the plot goes only around Luke and Vader.
TL;DR: Meh, it's just a movie.
Actually, no, the 99% part isn't wrong. There a virtually no Jango Fett clones left in the Imperial Military, so little in fact that they make up less than 1% of anything. These clones are under direct command of Darth Vader in the 501st Legion, called Vader's Fist. However, even the 501st is no longer purely Fett-based clones. Some of them are just normal humans who made their way under Vader's cloak. Non-Fett clones are poorly trained compared to the others, as they don't have Fett's resilience or sheer will to survive and fight.
There was an uprising on Kamino, where Jango based clones were made, when the Kaminoans decided to create a clone army not loyal to the Empire. The 501st was sent to destroy it, and suffered heavy casualties. The Emperor decided to start recruiting humans, and took DNA from hundreds or thousands of other humans for cloning purposes. The rarity of a Fett clone is such that most Imperial soldiers think they don't exist anymore. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who mentioned this, but I can't find the post.
