... And now it's end of January. (the release date)

It'll be worth it though.

Initially it was supposed to be 3 weeks after it started (Early September 2004).

@all asking for the release date - "Uncertain the future is!" Actually the initial release date was about 3 weeks after the start of the project but when I started it, I never thought, that this will grow that large :) The hype around this filled our minds with ideas, and as the sortiment of ideas growed, the project itself growed! Fortunately, we get very close to the end, about 85% of the project is done, it just needs some maps be finalized and playtested (f.ex. coop support will take some time) so just wait and don't ask anymore. We won't speed up just because you can't wait for it anymore ;)

@cutty - No, too complex the maps are!

Several Questions for Teammates
- Any progress news on the resources for the "security screens"?
- Who is working on what map right now? Need full list!
- Nightmare, any status on E1M10? What is finished, what needs to be done?

Well how about in deathmatch, it makes some sections of the map unaccessable (via ACS) so that you can get a good section of the map for slaughtering other players? Just a thought, not sure if you'll be willing to go through the trouble of doing it, delaying the release more :P

I think it's a waste of time to mape single player maps deathmatch compatible.

I agree. I think people would rather play DM on maps designed for DM play anyway.

Ok, first, stop asking when will this project be out. The answer is simple:
When it's done :P Appreciate You liked our stuff too :D

Tormentor-e1m6 new area (the map Szymanski sent me after that wacky thread on DW). I'm rebuilding it into a e1-styled map, that will be added to e1m6 as a new area. I'm aiming at VERY creepy atmosphere :)

EDIT: Sorry, but I'm a bit green in this stuff, besides I got other things to worry about so if anyone explained me how can I access Krillancello's FTP (I fail to do it using Netscape) what stuff I need, where to obtain it, etc. Thanks in advance.

- No, probably a project for tonight. However, if anyone would like to start early, I am planning a size of 48x36.

- M2 and Intermap.
