Wolfenstein 3D for Mac rips

Post by Fox666 »

Preview picture:

Image

A long time ago I ripped some of the graphics from Wolfenstein 3D for Mac, but that rip wasn't complete and the colors were a bit off. This time I ripped everything there was, and I added the shaded walls as they are supposed to look in-game.

Plus I will add some Total Conversions from time to time.

Thanks so much for these, awesome rips. I'm really interested in the Clubey stuff, I never got a chance to play those mods ad they always looked REALLY good.

I am having quite some trouble uncompressing Clubey's old .sit format, does anyone has the files uncompressed or knows how to do so?

Edit: I reupload the Wolfenstein and Astrotein rips. There was some issue with grayscale sprites.

While I'm not a Mac user, I've found some stuff that regards a program named Stuffit for decompress .sit files, but I guess only with Mac computers.

[EDIT]: Erhm, found this for PC... http://my.smithmicro.com/stuffit-expander-windows.html

Try tracking down the Executor emulator and a copy of StuffIt Expander 5.5.

From what I understand you need to open a .sit in Mac environment or emulator and macbin it because of the stupid Apple file system that is incompatible with Windows.

Can someone upload an uncompressed Spear of Longinus (full version)?

Edit: It seems the full version Spear of Longinus was made avaiable for download in Clubey's site: https://web.archive.org/web/20060322161 ... nginus.sit

Very cool stuff here! It's great to finally see these resources out there again, I was worried a lot of it would be lost to time! Any chances of Amerika getting ripped next?

Does anyone has the Wolfedit Extras patch? Or better, Wolfedit 2 with it already installed?
