It was, actually. A while ago, AMD CPUs had bad timing / syncing between their cores back in the Windows XP / Windows Vista era. The only way to solve it was by installing a driver. Go figure.

PROTIP: Go in and go in and go in and go in and go in like the U.S. Marshall and his three daughters, and LOSE the vaccine!

PROTIP: The sound they'll make rattling their cage will serve as a warning to the ELECTRONIC OLD MEN.

PROTIP: STICK WITH THE PROD. PROD WITH THE PROD. Just in case, though, we're police.

PROTIP: Sometimes you've gotta make a silent takedown.

PROTIP: If you can get to the North Dock, a UNATCO informant can give you a key to the statue doors. He responds to the phrase "IRON COCK". Beans might be useful.

PROTIP: Numbuh one: That's terror. Numbuh two: That's terror.

PROTIP: If your main rival is Intel don't hire the guy who spent most of career losing against Intel as CEO. The G4 was a joke when Ruiz left. I don't use Macs so feel free to run Moto into the ground but leave my AMD alone.

MOTHERF*****
So THAT'S why my games used to occasionally report NEGATIVE time elapsed between frames... At the time, my research led me to believe that it was a common problem with multithreading.
I may never use an AMD product again.. ....Given the chance. ($)

Also, not really related, I just feel like showing off a magnificent kludge
