If you mean an ADS sprite, there is already one in Accessories to Murder.

The Compact SMG from the sprite pack looks like a UMP-45 with a side mag.

Yeah initially I was working on a ump45 but halfway through I chopped off the stock and stuck a stanag out of the side, thought it looked alright.


So shit happens, my gtx580 had a heart attack a month-ish ago for some reason, i'll probably pickup a gtx970 next week but until then I have been using a spare ati x1300, the thing is useless.
so I haven't been able to work on anything 3D or play any games, but photoshop and zdoom seem to work fine so I thought i'd do a bit of hand painted spriting, they're work in progress, but I'm to have most of a full weapon set ready sometime soonish with a seperate version for accessories to murder and brutal doom v20.

a remake of the atm/bdpack shotty for the third time I had most of the shotgun done and then fucked up, however I still have my working files.

The pumping frame looks nice, but it's a mess of angles - the shells, the seam on the top of the receiver, the pump, and the vented barrel (the vents AND the barrel itself) just don't agree with each other in that respect. Doesn't stop it from looking gorgeous as all hell, but the angles almost ruin it for me.

You guys already know that I can't tell whether the angles are messed up or not. I would use that without hesitation, even with the angles. :P

Some of this is exaggeration I don't think it's a complete mess of angles, the pump's definitely a bit off and ill see what I can do about the the top of the receiver, that seam looks especially shit, probably not going to touch the heatshield and barrel I quite liked them.

EDIT: yeah on second thought just that top of the receiver is really really really bad, goddamn second opinions :P

Fixed the pump, added a few more details and some more colour.

I just wonder how to make it look like a UAC UMP-45 though... Any ideas on how to remove that side mag? I use paint.net because I'm a noob

I will praise you if you finish those sprites for that shotgun and the other plasma rifle you didn't finish, but I'm not trying to pressure you. I kinda used the Compact SMG with MW3 UMP-45 and MK46 sounds. And I admit, they sounds beast with those sprites.

Speaking of which, I wonder what the iron sights for the SSG would look like.

Both of those look sexy as hell, particularly that revolver. I might end up nabbing said revolver when it's done and throw some Doom hands on it. :O

Actually, your weapons in general are just really good, especially that super shotgun from further up the page.
