I mentioned that I'm aware of being able to do that before but that it just felt cheaty to savescum for it; I wouldn't feel right abusing saves for that purpose personally (I know, silly videogame morals), so I was wondering if ravage supported the idea of re-doing a level that you weren't happy with.

Add some checkpoints to each maps, maybe? Classic arcade games always did that. Not sure about the original one, though.

Hocus Pocus never had any checkpoints. If you died you had to start from the beginning of the level. No holding hands here.

Hocusdoom requires GL mode for true color, 3d slopes, models, and various other GZdoom-only features. That's why it runs in GZdoom.

Played Hocus Doom last night with a group of friends on a widescreen TV: excellent fun, and fun to watch!

Everytime I play that again, I have to admit how brilliant and true to the original this mod is. I already said that I was a huge fan of Hocus Pocus in the nineties and I am so damn impressed, how perfect the atmosphere and gameplay got catched.

By the way, I would pay you for doing the same with Monster Bash :D

Monster Bash was so awesome. Why I still haven't bought it on GOG is beyond me. Hell, I'm gonna solve that problem right now.
