What does this error message mean?

So, after a few minutes of confusing and rather frustrating fiddling, I was able to overcome a recent error in SLADE that prevented it from opening.

However, when I initially tried to start it, I received this error message;

Unable to execute file
C:\program files (x86)\slade]slade.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 740.
The requested operaton requires elevation.

I would like to know what this means, as Google/Bing/Yahoo! search have all failed to find anything for whatever reason or another. Thank you.

Have you tried to run it with administrator privileges (right click -> Run as administrator)?

Yes. SLADE does open and run, however the first time I tried opening it after my small escapade, I received that error message. It seems to be running fine, all I want to know is what that error message means.

That it requires elevation.

Seriously though, it was asking for privileges from an administrator, which may not be granted properly by default. Some software may cause such problem if it's installed in the Program Files folder.
