Date/time/calendar display, so you don't have to worry about accidentally (or 'accidentally') playing ZDoom into the wee hours of the morning. Or missing anniversaries. Or walking the dog. Or... :P

There's no calendar function, but you can get a real time clock in the [wiki]alternate HUD[/wiki].

Would be nice if the option to display the system hour is allowed by SBARINFO, should i make a Feature Suggestion about?

I think someone might have already suggested it, and it was given a "No" response. Perhaps try playing the game in Windowed mode, so you can see the taskbar while you play?

Well, this isn't a real necessity, Alt-Tab does the job for me, i just thought it could be nice see the system clock being displayed ingame within a HUD.

I wonder, has any map out there actually used Waggle actions on nearly every sector (see previous page)? I'm now curious.

Well, it would be free roaming in the sense that the 3D Zelda games are free roaming. They're a bunch of different locations connected to each other, which the hub system in Doom could allow you to do. You could probably even fake a more massive map with sky-boxes all around to appear as though it's extending into the far distance and using a lot of hubs in all directions that send you to as you cross a line. Obviously, it wouldn't actually be free roaming in the sense that it's all there simultaneously but you would still be able to freely roam the world?

And remember, even Super Metroid had loading screens between every single room, and all of Zebes was split up into different zones.

Or Metroid Prime, for that matter, that used delayed doors to load up areas behind them.

Hell, get someone to port Lynx to ZDoom and then you could use Twitter and Facebook, too.
